จากประเทศอิตาลี กลูตาไธโอน (Glutathione) พบมากบริเวณตับแต่เมื่ออายุมากขึ้นจะสร้างได้น้อยลงตามลำดับ

วิธีใช้ยา:
1. ผสม กลูตาไทโอนในรูปผง 600 มก. กับตัวทำละลายซึ่งเป็นน้ำกลั่น 4 มล. ให้อยู่ในรูปสารละลาย ขนาด 600 มก./ 4 มล.
2. ใช้วิธีการฉีดเข้าเส้นเลือด (Intravenous Method) หรือ ฉีดเข้ากล้ามเนื้อ (Intramuscular Method)
3. ในระหว่างการฉีดยา ควรจะค่อยๆ กดเข็มฉีดยาช้าๆ เพื่อให้ตัวยา ค่อยๆ ซึมเข้าสู่กระแสเลือด
4. ฉีดกลูตาไทโอน ขนาด 600 มก./4 มล. สัปดาห์ละ 1 ครั้ง
5. พบว่าผลการรักษาจะคงอยู่ ภายหลังจากการฉีดกลูตาไทโอนเข็มสุดท้าย นาน 2 - 4 เดือน
6. สามารถฉีดกลูตาไทโอน ได้เรื่อยๆ โดยไม่พบผลค้างเคียงใดๆ เพื่อให้ผิวคงความขาวและสุขภาพดี
ไว้ สามารถฉีดกลูตาไทโอนต่อไปได้เรื่อยๆ เดือนละ 1 ครั้ง
